A weekend transformation, takes this cafe to a whole new level!
A little favourite hang of ours (local coffee spot after a surf) recently underwent a renovation and we were thrilled to supply some of the finishing touches.
Aside from the incredible food and coffee, we’re really crushing hard on the interior styling of the all new Glass Coffee House & Wine Bar. The trendy new space exudes a bohemian beach feel and will have you wanting to hang out there all day long. The Glass crew have outdone themselves, incorporating a combination of earthy and pastel tones against crisp white vj panelled walls – something you could expect to find on your travels to beautiful destinations such as Byron Bay or Canggu, Bali.
Stunning dried floral arrangements by RAW Sunshine Coast sit on the shelving behind the gorgeous dusty pink service counter. A wall to wall white bench seat is filled with comfy Moroccan cactus silk cushions in the most glorious shades of pink, orange and oat and each table is adorned with cute ceramic bud vase filled with dried teasels, paper pom poms and preserved ruscus (all available at RAW). The café walls also play host to a beautiful collection of handcrafted surfboards by @mssurfboards.
With the addition of a liquor licence, Glass has also become the perfect evening hangout to enjoy a beverage and listen to live music with their new ‘gig night’s whilst the sun goes down.
So next time you’re in the area or in need of a caffeine fix, we highly recommend a visit! You can find Glass Coffee House and Wine Bar at Shop 4 80-82 Sixth Avenue Maroochydore or via Instagram @glasscoffeehouse
